Our Team
President & General manager
Jarnail Khattra, the president and manager of Redrock Homes Inc, is the go-to guy for all the construction-related aspects of the firm. Nicknamed 'Jazz' among co-workers and friends, Jarnail did electrical
engineering from Centennial college in 2009 and later became a contractor and professional home builder. Jarnail's journey as a professional custom home builder started with his interest in construction trades. It’s been more than 10 years that he has been serving with his construction and renovation business in Calgary and surrounding areas successfully.
With the passage of time, he has upgraded his interest to professional custom home building. Jazz has mastered his construction work and gained proficiency in plastering and exterior work of the house such as roofing, fencing, structure, and siding. Jarnail is the father of two children and loves to spend his spare time with family when not engaged in business.
Accountings and Office Manager
Ramandeep belongs from "India" where she did MCA from Chitkara University India. Having spent several years in the company, she has successfully created a positive and cheerful culture in the firm. Apart
from handling the company’s accounts, she holds the position of our office manager too. Her skills are not limited to offering advice, in fact she has the best listening skills towards clients’ requirements in the company. When Raman is not buzzing with numbers, you might find her trying hands in cooking as she loves doing so.
Chief Superintendent
For many years Varinder has been serving as the backbone of the construction team. Born and brought up in India, Varinder has engrossed himself fluently in the construction Industry. He also owns a construction
company in Calgary. Being called an expert in all kinds of exterior work, his co-workers often regard him as a multitalented man. When Varinder is not traveling across Canada for his work - he enjoys spending free time with family and loves taking care of his collecting of American cars.
Supervisor
Growing up on a farm in Ponoka (Alberta), Sidhu became a determined hard worker from a young age. After moving to Calgary, Sidhu worked as a tradesman and taught himself the ins and out of
construction. Having gained such experience, he can now build absolutely anything. He loves listening to religious podcasts in his spare time.

- Argon filled Cardinal Low E270 panes: casement venting units throughout for complete security and superior energy performance consisting of multipoint concealed, smooth operating locks for exacting weather seal and alignment
- Top Quality Roofing: IKO Cambridge limited lifetime laminated architectural shingles with full underlayment, drip edge flashing, matching metal valley & wall flashings and matching attic air vents. Plus Ice & Water shield as required
- Efficient Heating Systems: 96% high efficient 2 stage variable speed furnaces with programmable thermostats
- A Focus on Health: Our furnaces are only used post drywall phase to minimize dust infiltration then power vacuumed before occupancy - new pleated Merv11 furnace filters installed
- Energy Efficient: Active Heat Recovery Ventilator (HRV) controlled by timer and temperature settings to save energy, filter and replenish interior air
- Superior Insulation: Including R22 main & upper walls, R20 frost walls, R50 attics, 2lb Spray Foam rim joist, cantilevers & under heat pipes over cold floors. 1/2 lb Spray Foam to cold floors including above garages
- Eco Friendly: Low Flush Toilets & RIOBEL made in Canada faucets & fixtures meet and exceed WaterSense guidelines and include extended warranties
